Who is Neo Lee?

Neo doesn't say much. He doesn't need to. Skateboarding, martial arts, and a habit of noticing what everyone else misses.
Quiet but funny, the friend who shows up without being asked. A different kind of Toon, with an anime edge the rest of the crew pretends not to envy.
