Who is Mumbles?

Mumbles first showed up in a notebook in 2011: a guy in a 99 Overall shirt who would not stay quiet. He knows he's a Toon. He also knows you're out there.
His plan is simple. If enough real people know his name, he becomes real. His crew thinks he's crazy. They're helping anyway.

Why 99

99 is one short of 100. Mumbles wears it because nobody is finished. The missing one is growth, and he's chasing it in front of everyone.
